Our story begins…
with a traditional pig house in Lau Fau Shan, Yuen Long. We purchased an old pig house, repaired and expanded it, introduced the feeding management model and advanced breeding technology of Danish farms, and transformed it into a scientifically managed pig farm. Then We introduced the British royal black pig – “Berkshire” for breeding and fed it with EU-certified exclusive formulated feedstuff, followed by repetitive experiments, a Hong Kong-unique brand is successfully bred finally – “Black Pig”! We operate in the form of “Farm Direct Delivery” so that everyone in Hong Kong has the opportunity to taste fresh, delicious and safe local pork.
