Hong Kong Wu San Ko Yuen Apple 互生高原富士果

Pick a highland apple (Wu San Ko Yuen Fuji apple) which is grown by HongKonger.
Our orchard is located in northern edge of the Loess Plateau of Shaanbei at an altitude of 1,300 meters, with long hours of sunshine and great temperature difference between day and night, isolated from water and air pollution from the outside word, uninhabited and far away from city and industrial factories,
allowing apple trees naturally grown in an organic growing environment.

Only using organic fertilizers such as peanut cake and sheep excrement without the use of chemical fertilizers and chemical pesticides. The whole planting and managing process has been managed by HongKonger for 10 years.
Apple flower tea, apple flower honey, gong pears, peaches, Muscat (grape), and other seasonal fruits are available by season.

Ko Yuen apples bloom around the Qingming Festival every year, relying on honeybees to spread pollen naturally.
High-quality fruits are selected for bagging (2 layers of paper bags) after May,
the bagging period is 100 to 110 days to prevent pest invasion and pesticide contamination of the fruit surface and we never use chemical pesticide – Asomate.

The first layer of the outer paper bag will be removed by the end of September every year, so that the apples will slowly receive sunlight for 2 to 3 days, then the inner paper bag will be removed soon after. Snow-white apples will begin to absorb sunlight for up to 10 to 15 days, until they naturally turning from white to red.
Once the apples are ripened, they are ready for harvesting.

Each apple is carefully handpicked, selected, packing and shipped directly to Hong Kong by road for 50 hours.
I adhere to the principle of never use any chemical preservation such as artificial fruit waxes and preservatives.

I am a HongKonger, and I hope that every HongKonger can enjoy the real apple fragrance from our childhood, and eat a natural, healthy, and reassured Ko Yuen apple.

Our apples has been tested by Castco Testing Centre Limited for pesticides residues in accordance with the Hong Kong fruit food safety and have passed the standards for several years since 2013.
