Based on test result of submitted samples, heavy metals tested complied with maximum level of metal – arsenic, cadmium, mercury, lead, chromium and antimony in food (meat) stated in Hong Kong Food Adulteration (Metallic Contamination) Regulations (Cap. 132, section 55(1)).
