Pig Farming for Decades, Sincerity Produce Quality

Ying Ming Farm means “Bravery against adversity for a better tomorrow”. The farm was built from scratch by Mr. Jim Wan, it has expanded from 10,000 feet to 90,000 feet, and the number of pigs has increased from few hundreds to nearly three thousands. The 58-year history of pig breeding has confirmed  his persistence and sincerity.

Today in Hong Kong, the land problem not only affects humans, but also affects the growth of pigs. Pigs are actually very sensitive and very clean. If they live in an uncomfortable and crowded environment, they will get sick and die easily. In Ying Ming Farm raised beds are built off the ground to improve sewage discharge; water curtains are added to cool the farm to make the pigs live comfortably; in addition, in terms of diet, high-calorie feed and organic mineral elements are used to increase calorie absorption. In this way pigs eat naturally and live comfortably, become healthy and not easy to get sick, reducing the chance of being medicated, lesser chance for them to build up drug-resistance and hence bad for customers’ health. Every Ying Ming Black Real pig is definitely not easy to come by.
